BIM Management
Acting on behalf of your company, NOX will create a BIM execution plan, coordination schedule, host collaboration platforms and other project specific documentation or processes to ensure the architects, engineers and trades meet time and quality project expectations.
Revit Modeling for Fabrication
NOX was born from the trades. Working alongside our sister companies and other trade partners, we are experts in our given fields. This level of understanding is crucial when modeling with fabrication as the end goal.
REVIT FAMILY CREATION
With NOX in-house Revit developers, we can create any Revit families needed for your modeling needs.
Fabrication & Installation Drawing CREATION
Creating fabrication and installation drawings are the sole purpose of our models. This is where the benefit of fabrication can be seen and felt during the construction process.
BILL OF MATERIAL
Utilizing the extreme detail provided from the NOX toolbar, we provide a full bill of material from the model allowing for material kitting, long lead material ordering, and a reduction of bulk material ordering. This provides you with what you need, where you need it AND when you need it.
POINT CLOUD SCANNING (Pre & Post Installation)
NOX has been using photon scanning equipment and software for over 10 years and was a pioneer in bringing it into the semiconductor construction industry. Whether we are scanning for existing conditions or to capture As-Builts, we have done it all.
LAYOUT
NOX will utilize Point Layout for QAQC as well as the layout of trade racking and equipment. All points will be marked for installation purposes.
